Many of our landlords are not based in Dubai, and therefore managing a property is difficult for them. E&T Commercial provides peace of mind for local and foreign landlords alike, removing many of the logistical issues that arise from property ownership.

We have over 250 properties under management in Dubai. Our service comes in three phases, as follows:

  1. Initial Management – Once we are given the property to manage, we begin marketing it for lease immediately. Once we have found a tenant we provide background tenant information to the Client and register the tenancy contract with Ejari

  2. Ongoing Management – We then undertake an inventory of the property, arrange for the utilities to be connected, hand over the keys to the tenants, collect the rent and deposit cheques, and provide regular financial statements. The Client is given a property manager as a point of contact, and throughout the lease we will arrange any required maintenance works and payment of outgoings such as service charges

  3. Renewal Management – If the tenant vacates, we will immediately put the property back onto the market. We will also coordinate the handover of the utilities and manage the checkout process

In addition to individual units, E&T Commercial has a full building management service where it can place a team within the building on a semi-permanent or permanent basis. We have extensive experience in facilities management, and can undertake the leasing of units within the building at the same time. We are extremely competitive on pricing for this service.
