This service is suitable to the overseas landlord who is looking for peace of mind and the full supervision of their property. We will find a suitable tenant and liase with tenants, maintenance contractors, security, and utility companies.

Managing a property is a specialised and time-consuming business, especially when problems arise, which is why we have teams in place to remove this burden from you. Our property managers have extensive knowledge of property related issues and are there to protect your investment.

Caretaking

For owners who do not want to rent out their property we can look after your home whilst you are away.

Key Holding

For a small fee we can hold a key for Landlords and distribute to specified people. This service is only offered during normal office hours.

Handover

Subject to be given the necessary paperwork we can act on the property owner’s behalf to complete the handover process. This may include an initial snagging check, receiving keys and liaising with the developer.

Furnishing

We can arrange for your property to be fully furnished by some of Dubai’s finest interior companies. Products range from simple home furnishing suitable for letting out your property to professional design work which will transform any home.
