Originally from the UK, Charlotte has been with E&T since Nov 2007. After working in the sales team, Charlotte is now managing our Palm Jumeirah Sales/Lettings office. In her spare time she enjoys traveling.

From North UK, and has lived in Dubai for 5 years, 3 of which working for E&T. She enjoys biking, fine wine and going to the beach!

Bella Legard has moved to Dubai recently from Savills in the UK to join E&T, heading up the Valuation & Investment team. She has a passion for riding horses, wildlife, photography and travelling.

Originally from Bangalore in India, Hema has lived in the UAE for the past 8 years. Before moving to Dubai to work for E & T in 2006, she lived in Al Ain. She is dedicated to her family and loves to spend her free time with her husband and lovely little boy Sai Krishna!

Has lived in the UAE for 4 years and joined E&T in the lettings team in 2009. Loves baking cakes, skiing holidays, sunshine and her rescued stray cat Moo!

From the Philippines, Roel joined E&T in Accounts in 2005. He likes to read about current events and watch movies.of course with Nachos, Popcorn and Cola!

Is Zimbabwean and has been with E&T for 7 years. Clare is our longest serving sales agent and probably best dressed. You will usually find Clare shopping or dining outside of the office.

Has been working with E&T selling property on the Palm for 3 ½ years. She also lives on the Palm, and in her words "How could I not, being Australian we love the beach!"

Loves Dubai and has worked for E & T since Jan 2008. Richard is enjoying married life having recently wed Sanat Pemberton, one of our lovely Rental Agents.

Originally from Russia, Anna joined our team in January 2008. As well has developing her intensive knowledge on the Palm Jumeirah, Anna is a keen yoga enthusiast and also enjoys scuba diving in her spare time.

Steve has been buying & selling property in Dubai, both as an investor and end user, since 2004. He moved to Dubai full time in 2009 to work for E&T. He supports Manchester United and still gets his football boots on.

Anne has lived in Dubai for 10 years, 4 of which selling Palm villas and joined E&T in Jan 2011. Anne enjoys many hobbies, including music, theatre, visiting the cinema, sailing and swimming.

Originally from London, Anoushka has been in Dubai for 7 years and enjoys cooking, socializing and spending time on the beach.

Originally from Bulgaria, Snezhana is an integral member of our team having worked within our lettings team for more than four years. Snezhana loves to spend time on the beach.

A new member of our Palm office team and with over seven years real estate experience Sanat has already proved to be a dynamo force! Sanat enjoys Salsa dancing and spending time with her husband Richard and daughter Julie.

Also from Zimbabwe, Debbie has been with E&T for 6 years. Debbie lives with her family on the Palm and has 3 beautiful daughters, plus a grandson! In her rare free time she loves ballet.

From India, Majid has worked in India as well as Dubai as a Web/ Graphic Designer, being part of E&T for the last 3 years. He loves watching movies and cricket and enjoys time with his family at the weekend.

From the Philippines and moved to Dubai 2007. Joan joined the E&T team in 2009, and enjoys socializing with friends, drinking coffee and good food, most of all she loves chocolate!

Anabelle is originally from Manila in the Philippines and joined us here in E&T in 2007. She loves cuddles from her cat 'Muning' and a good cup of tea!

Jaya came to Dubai in 1993, and started working for E&T in 2005. Jaya is lucky to have his family with him here in Dubai and at weekends enjoys taking his son to the beach.

Originally from Sri Lanka and has been working with E&T for over 4 years. Janaka spends his weekends with his family, going to the mall and likes to collect gadgets!

From Sri Lanka, and joined the company 4 years ago. Indy loves gardening, watching cricket and likes to spend all of his free time with his beautiful wife.
