Each of the residence owning companies, in which the Owners are shareholders, will hold freehold title to a residence within Fairmont Heritage Place, Kingdom of Sheba and a proportionate share in the Fairmont Heritage Place, Kingdom of Sheba common property.

Common property will include professionally designed and landscaped gardens and pools, as well as walkways, water features and shaded relaxation areas. The residence owning companies will be represented in the Home Owners’ Association, the role of which is to ensure the property is both aesthetically pleasing and maintained to the highest possible standard.
