. Owner either e-mails to developer or authorizes us to act on their behalf.
. Developer agrees with owner which snags they will rectify, Permaglaze check on this work once it has been completed.
. Any works that the developer agrees with the owner not to undertake, we will organize, quote and make sure it is complete.

Key Handover Services
Key handover collection services from Developers (for Palm Properties only), for overseas property owners who can't travel to Dubai for Property Handover and Key Collection.
AED 2,000 per property
Full payment is required in advance for Snagging and Key Handover Services
