The E&T Valuation Department covers both the Commercial and Residential market sectors, and with recent announcements that Dubai's major financial institutions are showing increased levels of mortgage lending in the emirate, we are rapidly expanding.
Our team of Valuers are qualified surveyors who are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). We have seen some areas of the property market start to recover this year, leading to an increase in demand for high-end development valuations, and portfolio investment opportunities.
Our valuation department is well known within a number of internationally recognized banks here in Dubai, and due to our extensive qualifications we will be listed on the Register of Valuers at the Lands Department, ensuring full compliance with Valuation Standards and Local Law.

- The new Lands Department Regulatory body, Taqyeem, will soon insist that all Valuers follow the emirates Book of Valuation Standards, which E&T will be able to comply with.
- E&T are also actively involved with the new RERA registration scheme which becomes live towards the end of 2011.
- All of E&T's Red Book Valuations are prepared to internationally accepted standards in accordance with guidelines of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
- Our Valuation Reports are market-based, with information and data available from our extensive localized market exposure.
